Ratmo's national animal is the Red lava rat, named for its red color.

Size: The largest ever recorded was 20cm tall and 40cm long.

Habitat: Volcanos,red water pits and around lava geysers and forests.

Speices: There are over 300 types of red lava rats from the common Wine Red lava Rat to the Magna bellied Red lava Rat.

Enemies:Water Hawk, white fox and the Yellow Desert Duck.

Prey:Red lava Rats are Omnivores, they eat leaves, bark and air plants. Meat-wise they eat insects,Deseart Ducks(if they win),and Red lava rats.

Our national animal is the wolf. Precursor to the dog. They've got big ears, all the better to hear you with, and a big nose, all the better to smell you with, and big teeth, all the better to eat you with.

There may not actually be any in Eahland anymore. They were deliberately driven away - one of the oldest dog breeds around, the Afaleonene wulfhund (the big one, the little one is a Columban grighund), was in fact specifically bred to hunt wolves - because of their annoying habit of seeing livestock, and sometimes people, as lunch meat, and despite reduction of hunting of those that are not specifically pests, there hasn't been a confirmed sighting in Eahland in many years. The smaller laughing dogs moved in from the southwest to fill their niche, though, and there's some genetic evidence that the Eahlisc laughing dog population may be interbreeding with wolves, which would imply that the wolves are back, just staying out of sight somewhere back in the Cyningweald.

Our national animal is the Afra Bird. It is 75 cm tall, and has red feathers covering its body, head, and wings. Its beak and legs are yellow, while its toes are black. It is very rare, but populations are increasing. It is farmed for its meat and eggs. It is mainly carnivorous, but will sometimes feed on plants. It is found only in Slembana, and lives in savanna, rainforests, and near rivers and lakes. It can tackle a young crocodile easily.

Our national animal is the deep or "killer" carp, a type of fish that lives in underground lakes and rivers. It is a large man-sized carp that, if hungry or provoked, can attack and kill a person. They are also fairly tasty.

Habitat: Again, varies, can be found on most major Earth continents.

Species: Nine species of bears, including the Teddy Bear.

Enemies: Generally human hunters and developers, although these only really affect the non-sapient kind.

Prey: Varies, some are vegetarian, omnivores, or mostly carnivores.

Our National animal is the Karas Grey Wolf. A wolf species that lives in the northern "Karas" mountain ranges and is a heavily respected creature, having inhabited the mountainous region long before the first humans set up settlements in the mountains. It is often seen as a creature affiliated with Cunning, intelligence, family and most importantly Loyalty. In ancient times, warriors of the northern holds who had distinguished themselves in battle and acts of valour would take the wolf as their sigil, placing upon the flag on their liege lord's family and house as a sign of loyalty and respect of the house. Today it is the sigil of the Huskar Social Unions Flag.

While similar to most other wolf species in near all aspects it is slightly taller and has white/grey fur along its upper back, separating it from the majority of other wolves in the region which have mainly black and brown fur. It is always found in the Northern Snowy Mountains and forests surrounding them.
