OOC Notes:

I think this should have been in Gameplay, as recruiting normally happens there (if you mean "region").

I think this should belong in NationStates, although I doubt anyone will join a new religion without any information about it at all (if you mean "religion").

Either way, I'll just leave it to the mods.
