What is the best way to receive endorsements?

I'm running for my regions WA delegate election and want to know how to get the most endorsements.

Endorse other WA nations and/or telegram them asking them for their endorsements.

What Jamie said, but I'd definitely recommend telegramming them all with a proper message asking for an endorsement in return. There are different styles of telegrams, but you could possibly mention -why- they should endorse you, and definitely mention that you've endorsed them.

The telegram definitely helps those that don't check their endocounts.

Possibly post on the RMB too, asking for endorsements and why.
