I guess with all the recent funny business that recently went down in The Grand Old Duke of Pork, now would be a great time to introduce the world of NationStates to...



The Brotherhood of Malice was co-founded by real life friends Ambroscus Koth and Venico the Night Father in September 2012, following a highly publicized and annoying exile from their home region, Asgard. Banishment left a hole in the hearts of these two aspiring raiders, and on the 7th of September they set forth on creating a new home, where every member is treated as close as a real brother would be.

Upon founding the region we had two goals in mind. Priority number one being the creation a powerful and efficient military that would be up to par with such famous orgs as The Black Raiders ( ). Since the military is an extremely important and emphasized aspect of life in the Brotherhood, we've been hard at work creating everything that an invader old or new would need to excel at the R/D game. This is a Brotherhood, after all, and we make sure that there is always a way for the leadership to be online and available to help whenever our brothers need it. Though our rank system has been thoroughly thought out and implemented, we stress the idea that no opinion or suggestion in the field of military gameplay is a stupid one, and even the newest Private can immediately get to work making a name for themselves amongst their brothers.

The other main goal we have for the Brotherhood is a thriving and enthralling cultural aspect. Our forum's roleplay section, The Malevolent Realms, already has half a dozen active participants who have settled right into the Nations RP and up and coming self-created RPs, such as Venico's Assassin RP project. All forum games, stories, poems, and discussion of the outside world both in NationStates and otherwise are centered in "The Assassin's Blade", a fictional bar setting that encompasses almost all aspects of non-military and roleplay culture.

If you're a raider who's looking for a more community oriented place to spend some time, make some friends, get your roleplay on, or just have some laughs at update time, The Brotherhood of Malice will always have their arms open for anyone they can call a brother.

Hey there, folks! It's your radio man himself, Koth here! If you're just tuning in to Malice Radio WBOM, boy do we have news for you. This 17th of November major update marked the "coming out raid" (to quote Venico) for The Brotherhood of Malice! That's right folks, Malice, along with essential help from our dearest friends in The Black Riders and Kantrias, have successfully taken Roman Empire after a long sleeping mission. This raid really solidified Malice's dedication to raider unity, as it felt not like we were raiding under our flag but rather under one of raiderism. This feeling of brotherhood is one that Malice is proud to symbolize, and our dearest allies will always be held to the highest of respect.

And that's not all folks! This major update was quite the event for both raiders AND defenders. Even though we infiltrated Roman Empire swiftly, stealthily, and flawlessly, defenders weren't even paying attention anyway. Why, you ask? It appears that the combined forces of The United Defenders League, Founderless Regions Alliance, and The North Pacific Army to say the least had combined forces to create a massive wall of around 33 endorsements! This was all in an attempt to liberate Eastern Islands of Dharma from an on-going mission by The Black Hawks. Luckily for us however, there were many (un?)fortunate mistakes on the defender side that caused them to end up falling flat on their faces. Malice and her allies gave all their effort to protect Dharma in the absence of pointman Jakker, perhaps just enough to survive the wall of defenders that crashed into the region around :50. The defenders decided not to move early despite their massive force and the inactive pointman, and ended up failing. Tonight is truly an exciting one for Malice, and we look forward to many more in the near future.

A MALICIOUS UPDATE

Hello again, raiders, defenders, and feederites of NationStates! It's your favorite Koth here with a special announcement regarding The Brotherhood of Malice. Things have started to pick up again around these parts. The leadership decided to initiate a winter cleaning session of sorts, and boy did we have a lot to fix up. For one thing, we have now put up a vote to decide upon one of the lovely flags made by the lovely Astarial for use as our own. Certain parts of our forum are now viewable by guests, the recruitment drive is back in action, and the military has begun running drills once more.

But what caused this new uproar in activity, you ask? You see, a little while back Venico took a break from raiding in order to focus on more RL things. There was a deal between him and someone else however, a deal that said if this person switched to raiderism, Venico would return in full force. Well my friends, the deal was accepted and now Venico has returned. So who did he make this deal with, anyway? None other than the fabulous Cormac Stark! Cormac has been a dear friend to Venico and I for many months now, and the 3 of us were part of the central reason Asgard was as successful as it was with a bunch of noobs running it. The Brotherhood of Malice was founded upon the ideas of fraternity and loyalty, and nobody has shown both traits to Venico and I more powerfully than Cormac. We welcome back our brother with open arms, though we understand that it may take everyone a little while to get adjusted to Cormac raiding again.
