I like Flag 2 myself, but I agree words shouldn't be on flags. If you don't want empty space on the center stripe, try making the oval a circle (the bird does look a little cramped in there, give him room to stretch his wings

) and moving it closer to the center.

They're the only people whose services include flags, they're your best bet.

i think the black on red doesn't really show plus the symbol is meh
