Hi folks, do you like the flag I made?

Made it using this site I found thanks to google: https://flagmakerjr.stg7.net/ It's awesome!

I think so, yes.

You still need to separate the stars from the moon. The moon should not be transparent!

I like these three, but I think you should still play around with the colors, they clash a bit

I see two problems.

1) It's a bit too complicated. I would suggest losing the coat of arms, or picking one key element from it and using that, ideally in one of the 3 main colours.

2) The red/white/black section is not symmetrical top-to-bottom, and probably should be.

Also, with a non-rectangular flag, the NS ripple effect is unlikely to work over the transparency.

You really need a higher level of contrast between the red and the blue. I suggest that you either lighten one of them, darken one of them, lighten one & darken the other, or add thin borders in either white or yellow to separate them.

The current version seems to emphasize the border over the flower. There are also too many colours.

Lose the red border and the layers outside, then possibly re-colour the white flower as yellow.

Further simplification is possible.

Flag 1, Flag 4, and Flag 5 seem the best in terms of color combination. (Flag 1 in contrast of colors, Flag 4 in focus on center, Flag 5 for the gold instead of white, though the contrast is kinda lost so this may no be the best flag.)

I think the flag looks good. I may remove the circle surrounding the center symbol, but I don't see why it shouldn't really stay there.

Just to check, I put the flag in another tab, zoomed out as much as possible, and backed away 5 feet from my computer. In all honesty, all the different elements are distinctive at the distance. (The border blurs just a tad bit with the center symbol if you dont have 20/20 vision, though.)

So in my inexpert opinion, it's good if not awesome!

You need a greater contrast between the red and the black, or a thin-but-visible line of some contrasting colour between them.

I would suggest making the stars slightly smaller and aligning them differently. Try making them a fixed distance from the central disc, with the upper and lower pairs on the diagonals of the flag. Perhaps a shade lighter, too.

Sorry, but I disagree - I think the design is incoherent and cluttered. You have 3 symbolic elements - star, waves and rays where there should only be one.

Likewise you have 6 colours when 2 or 3 would be best.

Finally, you need good contrast between the colours, with most of them coming from the standard heraldic set (black/white/red/green/blue/yellow).

Simplify, always simplify.

Better.

Still too many colours, and poor contrast. The yellow outlining ("fimbriation") is a good idea. It should be slightly wider. Given that, you can afford a darker green.

How about changing any stripes to vertical and have them at the edges? That leaves room for a larger symmetrical star on the red background in the centre.
