For all I know, the rest of them can do it. I haven't gotten the chance to banject fendas at update for quite some time. I'm not sure I could check how fast, back the last time I did, actually. It just seems really fast to me.

Oh it seems incredibly fast to me too, but that's why we have to cut our update times to be very short. We used to do it around 4 seconds before the variance, now we are forced to go back just in case of variance which leaves you guys open to banject us. It is incredibly annoying when raiders shout "oh, adapt better!" When the job of liberators is incredibly much harder than the task of raiding.

I disagree. From the perspective of the individual soldier they are exactly the same thing. It's only a question of timing, which raiders face as well. You guys just have a different reason to be concerned about timing. Also, what Jakker said.

Although, that was against TBR, you guys might need to adapt your banjection skills.

I'm pretty sure it was 6 in two seconds... if that. Find the feeds on that, because I remember talking about this with Tim or Jamie. Besides banjection speed shouldn't be an issue anymore since you can predict update times perfectly

it was five in one second.

Gest gives out advice :p

Never try to ban the defenders piecemeal. By the time you ban the first guy 10 have already jumped in. The UDL has the same pattern couple of guys jump early, ignore, most jump right after the initial one or two guys, wipe them out, and then there are the stragglers, ban at your leisure. Once the middle pack of defenders have flooded the region and you've opened their tabs button mash control tab + click until you've updated. Some defenders are bound to get in but the important thing is to wipe the out the massive wave that comes in the middle.

Jakker made one post that may have possibly implied something. And it doesn't dwarf the native comment. Nice try, though.

Was it? If you say so. And I'm certain a GHR was submitted and nothing came from it... so stop missing updates/get creative.

How very mature, "He can say whatever he wants because the native said something worse and hurt my feewings."
And the reverse is true too.
I get headaches reading these threads, I know deep down you know both organizations look petty and weak by sitting around bitching at each other.

You aren't reading my post at all, are you? Did I ever say he was right to say that, or that what the native said was worse? I didn't think so. You must get headaches because of your assumptions and additions to the truth.

Not to mention it takes more than a stupid comment from a random native to hurt my feelings. I'm not gonna cry every time someone says something bad/mean to me. That doesn't make it any less ok, though.

You both pointed at the other side and said you weren't the "worst".
There's no need for such angry and hostile attitudes around here, and I'm not talking just or primarily about you Tramiar, just that post is the one that finally brought me to comment. This side of the game has gotten so angry there's really no way to take a good chunk of the people involved seriously.

Considering that a quote of mine was tangentially related I feel the need to clarify that I'm not a member of either organisation.

The difference is, Mahaj said Jakker was way worse, and pretty much that the native did little wrong. I simply said Jakker's comment wasn't the worst. Both are bad.

Can't say I'm generally angry around here. I am capable of having disagreements without being angry. :P

Honestly it transcends all orgs, it just seems to me everyone and everything around here has been even more snarky, taunting, and hostile if related to R/D. Except maybe TITO, I haven't seen anything above and beyond from them recently actually, though admittedly I'm not a close follower.

You aren't the most overly respectful, no one is overly respectful. I'm just saying in general it has gotten out of hand, and I for one am going to make a conscious effort to treat all raiders with courtesy and respect above and beyond. Because I miss gameplay where I could read and be entertained rather than annoyed (at both sides).

I'm not. I'm well aware of it. But I don't have much respect for a few people. Sad part is, it's mostly people I used to respect. Some things I can only overlook so many times though. And, no, disagreeing or arguing isn't something I respect anyone less for. I have pretty good reasons (for most of them >.>).

In other news, we seem to be talking about not the UDL again. So... UDL, when are you gonna come visit Hell and Hippiedom? :P
