Alright... I would like the flag to be blue all over. I would like a white tree to be in the middle. On the top right corner I would like a star on it. Then, on the lower left corner, I would like a crown inside a white leaf. Then i would like the nation's motto, "Through All We Prosper" above the tree.

can my current flag be changed so it looks like it was in a war. Like with bullet holes and have the words "time and space," on the top left and the words "we will be victorius" on the bottem right.
