"Pulcherrima ars est ars destructoris" literally but I think "Pulcherrima ars: ars destructoris" will do better. You can make that choice yourself.

Not entirely sure about the grammar of it, but I've recently given one of my puppets the motto "Eam fregisti, eam emisti". It's supposed to mean "You broke it, you bought it", so if i doesn't could someone help with a better translation?

That would be "you broke her, you bought her". Use "id" instead of "eam". Perhaps using the conjunctive would be better as it's not a real situation. That would lead to "Id fregeristi, id emeristi".

You can use "Huis" instead of "Vis" according to the online dictionary I use but it's uncommon and my paper dictionary doesn't mention it. I guess it'd be preclassic, before the transition from the kind of oui sounds to the more modern vi.
