Yep, you've got it, though having both vos and estis is unnecessary -- there's nothing wrong with it if it sounds better to you, but you could get rid of vos and it would still be perfectly good Latin, and you could potentially get rid of estis if it's part of a larger sentence, depending on the context.

Thanks. I was coming up with the motto of my military, and I was musing over Cato's famous utterance: Carthago delenda est. Thus, I decided that the motto of my military would be vos delenda estis, which perfectly suits the character of this nation.
