Nunc and magna seem the least necessary parts of the phrase.

taking nunc would just shorten it by 5 characteres (because of the space). Isn't there any synonim for victoriaque which is shorter?

I think laureaque might be fitting. It's not "victory" literally, though.

What would it mean? Something related to prestige is my guess because of the leaf crowns and an adjective in portuguese.

Laurea refers to a laurel crown, given in celebration of a victory -- it can be used to refer to victory or conquest metonymically.

So, what does the entire sentence mean as it is now?
(it's already my national motto because I trust you but I wanted to know the precise translation)

No.
Ecce more or less universally is followed by the nominative in good classical style.

Wiktionary uses the accusative. I assume then that it's only Vulgar?

Primarily, yes. It tends to appear in Plautus and is also post-classical, however, most people would like their mottos in good classical style -- we aspire to Latinitas rather than vulgar.

Plautus is fitting for a funny nation, though.

What's quite the difference between e + abl. and ab + abl.?

I know one means out and the other means away, but not much beyond that.

I believe ab is a more general and vague "from," usually from the exterior, while ex is more from the interior, from within something. I think.

That's what I thought too, so I used "ab" in my translation of the motto. I'm a bit more confident about ek and apo, in Greek.

Ex has a bit more of a sense of "out of" -- when used abstractly -- where ab has more of a sense of "by". You might say "Veni ab America" but "E popina ivi".
