Somehow, i have missed this thread before... Anyway, i have some questions:

I once dreamt the line "...And once more, dragons shall roam the face of the Earth!" However, i didn't dream it in English, or (my native) Dutch, but in a language i never heard, or used before, or since. All i remember of the original is "Loyod", meaning "on Earth", with "Loy" meaning "Earth".
Anyway, i translated it as "Rursumque Dracones Pervagabuntur in Terris", but i'm not sure if using "rursum" is correct. I had the choice of "rursum" or "rursus", with no clue which to use, so i just picked one. I think the rest it good enough, but if yous can come up with something better, please let me know.

Also, i'd love to hear what yous make of "Mysteria in Obscuritate Quaeruntur".

My region want's our motto translated into Latin to be put on a flag, if possible would you translate:

Success through (its) citizens

Would you please translate it with and without the "its" just to see which is better.

Rursus would be more common in classical Latin. The rest of it looks good. For the second quote, "Mysteries are sought in darkness." Or perhaps, "Mysteries are sought in unintelligibility" - the English derivative "obscurity" originally got across the metaphor of impenetrable darkness, but more commonly refers to "the unknown" today. The word mysteria, on the other hand, means literally "secret things," originally in reference to sacred cult practices that were not allowed to be revealed to the uninitiated.

(You could also go with res bene gesta - "a matter well done" - instead of successus. Or res prosperae or secundae - the second draws on the nautical metaphor of favorable winds. Or just prosperitas. Successus here carries the image of cresting the top of a hill. It's up to you which image you find more appealing - all of them will work.)

(The personal adjective "your" is not strictly required in Latin, and I think you mean it more in a general sense than pointing out any one person in particular, yes? If you really want to put the "your" in there, just insert tuum somewhere in the sentence... say, between sole and nomen.)

(There are lots of words for hairy... I picked one that means 'shaggy' as well. The word I used for 'wrong' means 'go astray' or 'make a mistake'.)
