What would be the appropriate latin for "We are what the Darkness Fears".

CONTEXT: We, being an organization or group of individuals, rather than a Royal We
Darkness: Meaning evil, vice-ridden persons, usually of a supernatural or daemonic nature.

Why is an Indian trying to tie himself to a foreign grandeur alien to his people, when you could be tying yourself to Timur and the Mughals. Can't you use Arabic or Urdu?

Maybe not, because Latin language isn't particularly associated with institutions outside the Occident, and especially not the Indo-Islamic types like such.

But... then again, I exist, so I can't complain.

Pretty hard. Your quote uses an entirely Germanic construction, the "es ist" construction, which has no Latin equivalent. To keep the meaning, you would need to use particles, which is the domain of Latin, and try to preserve the connotation of trying on despite circumstances.

I would recommend "Quamquam Diu, Quaere Tamen" which means 'however long [may have passed], seek nevertheless'. To keep to the original quote more literally, make it "Quaere Tamen Novum Mundum"

I think a fairly literal translation is possible here. "Virtus Supra Quantitatem". The Latin vocabulary for quality is morally weighted, quality equates to moral good

A perhaps bizarre question with no real answer, but what would be the most legit-sounding Latin version of my country's name? It doesn't need to make much etymological sense, just to be orthographically correct and conceivably be able to evolve into its current form after the end of Latin influence in the 400s.

How is it pronounced? "Aye-nin"? In Latin that would be Aenen
