Interregional Trial. Squadalla vs Malakalalia

At the Supreme Court of Perinpanland, Squadalla is accused of lying causing both an inter-regional war and also a war inside the region: The Alliance of Enlightened Rulers. If he is found guilty he will be charged with 3.6 trillion dollars in losses, lose and never be able to regain power in both regions, and arrested for 6 years. At the same though however Malakalaliais being accused by Squadalla for breaking the treaty between AWESOMESPACELAND (Bacon Strips) and The Alliance of Enlightened Rulers.

Case 2 Squadalla tried to cause a war within the region of The Alliance of Enlightened Rulers.

Malakalalia thoughts when rebelling against AWESOMESPACELAND (what is now Bacon Strips)

Squadalla is being accused of trying to cause a war within the region or Malakalalia is trying to overthrow the president of the Alliance Council in their own region by saying:

Mah Boi Dinner (what is now Squadalla) seeks proof that he is the seeks Nethrezim to be banned from The Alliance of Enlightened RUlers *note at the time he is already banned from AWESOMESPACELAND.

also until you can present evidence that during the time i was vice president i telegrammed you that you should ban netherzim, i wont say anything more

proving if he can tell us when i was vice president and when i "instructed" him to ban netherzim even matches up.Note:i am not saying i ever did send a telegram about banning netherzim

i used to be vp of taer the alliance of enlightened rulers.I "tgd" him(" means that i did not do it and he lied) telling him to eject and ban netherzim,which i never did,the president.But he sent me a tg saying to overthrow him.i posted it in the war aganist malakia.anywho,he was asked to tell us how many days ago i was even present in that region that lines up with when i sent him the "tg".they didnt match up.i sent the number of days ago to smosh, a netural nation in the conflict.when malakia said the number of days he was off by 2 full days.also after the war my account was trying to be loged onto,not by me.i have my own labtop,so somebody was trying to logon to my nation.they failed 30 times.thats not an accident

*note Malakalia is not in court today because he was told by Perinpanland ambassador that trial was today. We let Squadalla give his opening statement yesterday because he had an obligation to do in RL.

OK, hold on.

So, he asked you to ban/kick that guy that starts with an N, right? What does the number of days have to do with it? In any case, it goes for him. If you were VP until 16 days before the incident on the war thread, then you were still VP when he sent you the message, as you posted that he had sent you the message 18 days ago. You were VP for 2 more days. That is sufficient time to kick someone, don't you think?

Also, stop saying that you've proved your case. It hasn't been, really. You posted evidence, sure, but how would we know that it's truthful? That's just words coming from you, against words coming from him. You're telegrams aren't anything, unless you can provide a screen-shot, as you can make that up on the spot.

For example.

Those kinds of things can be made up, and changed. You just need the format, and, since you have telegrams, you can make said format without the use of the actual telegram. Unless we get a screen-shot, you've not proven your case

We will not simply stop right here. This must continue, as we must learn what the hell is going on.

You've not provided any evidence that said man really broke the treaty (since said telegram can be forged). It'd be best if we could get a copy of said treaty, giving us more information on said topic, and what was actually going on.

In the event that said treaty said that the regional founder is the supreme leader of the whole universe (and I certainly hope it isn't), then such a treaty should be disregarded quickly. See, the regional founder doesn't necessarily have to be a beautiful man. It's perfectly possible that the leader is oppressive, and rude, to his fellow members. If such is the case, then mutiny is nothing wrong.

However, before any more accusations are made, or any steps are taken to punish whoever did whatever we're fighting over, we will need the treaty.
Since I'm new to this thread, I could also use a brief explanation of what happened, and further advanced said trial.
