Not to my knowledge, though TEP was a UCR for a period prior to being made a Feeder.

TBH is not the North Pacific Army, who were the ones recently occupying Iran (with support from others).

Osiris was a UCR at one point, but I don't believe it existed in the game in any form at the time right before being made a sinker.

Yes, Mandate 12 is the 12th Constitution that Laz has had. For example, Mandate 6 was the constitution for Emerald Laz, while Mandate 8 was the constitution for the PRL, and it was the Mandate that Stujenske violated as Delegate of Lazarus when he did the NLO Coup with Milo, Feux, AMOM, and Sweet Leaf.

Mandate 3 was Yaman Council, think 4 and 5 were Emerald Council which was when I joined. Going by the wiki, Mandate 1 was Lies Incorporated with the original and Mandate 2 was Undead.

Find the regional rankings, sort by residency. It has minor issues in that there's a decent number of people all sharing the same score because of how the initial number was calculated, but it's otherwise your best bet (also does not account for any brief period out-of-region, longest continuous only).
