I participate in a lot of regions for chat and fun, but I've kept my citizenships down to Eastern Europe, Airspace, TRR and Balder. It's too easy to be enticed to get citizenship just because you are friends with the people there, but I hope to set an example it's perfectly acceptable not to, and you should only get citizenship if you actually intend to contribute to a region.

(So no Harm, I won't be a Lazarene!

It's not bad, I can still understand you, but the audio quality's just not super-duper-fantabulous. The way you're doing it is fine.
