Hello

Is it ok for a founder to purge a perfectly active region because I didn't realise how annoying the average kid in NS can be and they have taken over the place.

If not, can I do a 'bye', telegram me only for founder stuff and let them fester in their own dump?

I'm far too old for this game.

The main difference seems to be that people join, not regions. Lots of the same people are there though.

how do i increase my nations rank in intelligence? Which policies should I aim at? Despite having really good education, my nation only has everage intelligence. :(
