Issue doesn't pass

The issue i got failed to pass.
95% of people on NationStates won’t read this, but as we speak, Libyan people are being massacred, because they’re rebelling against an unfair government. The elderly, women, children, everyone in Libya is in danger tonight. Repost this in your sig to raise awareness and support the revolution!

Could be many tings. What comes to mind though is that perhaps in your settings you have "X issues per weekday" instead of "X issues per day". The result of the former would be that your nation does not have legislative activity during the weekend.

Or perhaps you're just being impatient... legislation passes only twice per day, during a system update.

Issues pass on an 'update', and each Region's update time varies. Because you moved region, the time your issues get answered changes too. Hope this answers your question.

I haven't changed regions and I've noticed the last two issues didn't migrate into my front page text either... just noticed and came looking in the forums to see if anyone else has had the same problem...

If it displays differently for you, perhaps a cache issue on your end? Hit 'F5' ? Clear your browser webpage cache?
