I, as well as many of the people who I play with, feel as though there should be more issues to go through.
We feel as if once you answer an issue, you should be given another one.
This way, you can change and work on your nation much faster, and if you decide to take a break, you will not be bombarded when you return (unless of course you changed the settings)
