How do you come up with them? Are the customized to each nation, or are there default causes?

No they all just happen based on whats going on. So if you allow a company to dump nuclear waste everywhere people will start to die from that. If you let people be nude in public people will start dying of cancer and maybe sunburn.

Man I just want to have some people die each year to my national animal, it just tickles to think of some poor mooks out hiking on a nature trail and then all of a sudden The Stig pops out of nowhere and kills them.

"Suicide while in police custody" seems awfully specific, but apparently almost 11 million people in my country take their own lives while in police custody each year.

By the way, what do disappearance and exposure as a cause of death mean?

'Disappearance' is what happens if your Snark is actually a Boojum...
(Actually, it's the police -- or 'secret' police -- quietly taking people away and "liquidating" them...)

'Exposure' is due to homelessness leaving one exposed to bad weather & harmful temperatures out-of-doors.

I find Super Saiyan deaths to be rather hilarious gotten them under ccontrol now -,-(why did i put that as my national animal! D:)
