Hello once again, fair participants of Gameplay! We had a whopping NINE votes cast, which was about 6 more than what we realistically needed to determine winners in any of these categories! Not to worry. You'll all figure out how do the bare minimum required one day. At least we didn't get fifty or sixty like those ridiculous defender awards. If that many ballots had been cast, I'd just ghost on everyone.

Now, the winners!

The Resolute Hammock
With 5 votes, a majority of those cast, the Resolute Hammock was awarded to Wop/Sauron! Wop is an old school defender, specifically from a school that closed about eight years ago. I think I vandalized the bathrooms there once, for a goof, when I snuck in to the abandoned gym to do bath salts with friends. He'll be able to comfortably laze his remaining days away on this excellent hammock, if he can be stuffed to hang it up.

The Recliner of Darkness
Four candidates received votes for the Recliner of Darkness. The only one to get three of them was Neo Kervoskia! He'll be able to use the included drink holder in this wonderful single person electric reclining sofa, but depending on the humidity, his beer belly might remain the best possible place for a cold beer, as he returns once every other month to re-enforce the latest Osirian raid about a week too late.

The Church Pew of Neutrality
The Church Pew of Neutrality has been won by Marilyn Manson! I have literally no idea who he is. I think I AFK'd out of a game of werewolf he was in once. Good for him, though!

The Extremely Large Sofa Bed
Five regions received votes for the Extremely Large Sofa Bed. The only region to get more than one vote, however, was Balder! According to our expert advisor on Balderiwegian affairs, Unibot, it's always been a well known fact that Balder has had extreme activity issues ever since the exact moment that Unibot left, which was about three weeks after the region was founded. We hope that Balder treasures this fold out bed forever.

The Grandfatherly Rocking Chair
Another very tight poll was held over this magnificent wooden rocking chair, with the eventual winner (by a single vote) turning out to be Mallorea and Riva! Mallorea's amazing stories on whatever it is that moderators do have thrilled the children of gameplay for years. No need to tell us about them right now, though!

The Rube Goldberg Barstool
Another terrifyingly close vote, a margin of three to several twos, decided the winner of the Rube Goldberg Barstool! The winner is Imkitopia's declaration of a state of anarchy in Lazarus! A brief check of the region indicates that there is no longer a state of anarchy in Lazarus with Imki still leading as delegate, so either this particular problem really did solve itself with no outside effort required, or the vote was diabolically hijacked for devious political purposes that I can't be bothered to comprehend! Incredible!

The NordicTrack RX800 Elliptical Trainer
This elliptical trainer is a device of horrendous cruelty. You, the people, voted that Ivan Moldavi should receive it. I hope you understand what you're threatening to do to that poor man. He doesn't look that fat to me.

The Masquerading Ottoman
With five votes out of nine heading his way, Cormac was voted the player most likely to still be secretly among us! Did he retire? Again? Is he back? Again! We shall have to be wary of anyone looking particularly smug around here.

The Grand Golden Throne
Finally, the Grand Golden Throne award! For the man who does the most with the nope'n'st! The one! The only! Reventus Koth! Koth, a true champion of nap-time, is well known for solving all sorts of incredibly complicated issues by telling those involved to "quit being #$%@ing pathetic and just fix it". It's a brilliant approach, requiring no work from himself, with wide ranging results that easily makes him one of the most influential people in gameplay right now.

Congratulations to our winners! We'll see you again in about... thirteen or fourteen months.

This is truly the greatest honor I've ever received in my however-the-fuck-long career. It should say it all that I didn't even know I was nominated for something until Souls congratulated me for winning something
