I would like them to make me a flag, with two styles:

The first, a flag with a faint blue background, and in the center an icon of the globe split in half. The icon should not imitate the continents, it's more like that symbol of a planet divided into meridians and parallels. The thing is, only the left side of the icon should appear.

2. The same indications given above only that the background would change to a red-blue bicolor (both vertical and horizontal) and a horizontal red-white-blue tricolor with the split balloon icon in the center.
