Ok, so I know it hasn't even been a month since I posted here, but I need a flag for my new puppet nation I am working on called Neo Infinitium. It's essentially just the most dictatorial dictatorship you've ever seen. Please don't prioritise this over newer nations who probably need it more than me.

The Requirements:

• Background to be a horizontal tri-colour like Germany or the Netherlands, top and bottom stripes dark purple and middle black

• [VERY OPTIONAL, VERY MUCH NOT EXPECTING THIS TO ACTUALLY BE DONE] Make two versions, one with no effect, and one with a glitchy gif effect over it, like that of the very cool flag of Soviet Progonya.

What do you mean? This is better than anything I could've cooked up. All I'd ask for is for is the emblem to be bigger, it doesn't need to fit into the bars. Do it so that each end of the circle reaches about a 1/3 to a half through the purple bars.

The issue you have is that red and green rarely look good together without a significant "metal" colour (i.e. white, gold, or possibly even black) in between. The thin white lines you have at the moment aren't enough and don't translate well when the flag is viewed from a distance.
