Yes, that's good advice.
But I'm happy with the current COA, so I'll wait with coming up with revisions for the MFA draft, until I know whether the repeal of COA will pass or not.

Most of it is with language. I am uncomfortable with the way some of it is worded; but I go into greater detail about that in that debate. I thought this one could have been good, but there were too many mistakes and loopholes for me to allow it to stand unchallenged. I want to see a comprehensive CO law on the books, I just don't think this is the one to do it. Something with the scope and power as this needs to be more thought out and carefully crafted.
