I'm curious as to why this qualm didn't exist prior to the submission of this proposal, particularly because you felt that the category of Education was more than adequate during the drafting stages.

I, personally, feel that fault lies more with the broad classifications of the categories and the lack of a category geared towards science and scientific research. Unfortunately, the manner in which the categories are structured can, in a few cases, allow for some confusion as to where a specific proposal should go.
(OOC: In fact, the Associated Peoples suggested a science category in "The BIG Collaborative List of Suggested NS Improvements" due to this confusion - an idea I fully support.)
