Not true. You can not condemn nazis solely because they are nazis anymore. That rule was changed.

The robot next turns the flamethrower on the Scarsaw delegation, narrowly missing them but igniting the ornate (and newly installed) velvet curtains located behind them.

"Ahgg.." Falling back on his chair and onto the hard ground with a thump, Edward barely missing the flames. Looking up and saw the beautiful curtains go up in flames, which was really a shame as he quite liked the colour. Rolling into a kneel, he reached back for his pistol only to be greeted with a sinking feeling and a memory. He didn't want to give it up but the guards of the council INSISTED, claiming how he can't have a weapon during the procession...something about too many representatives getting shot during heated arguments...regardless, he hated the lack of gun feeling in his hand as it grabs the empty holster. "Frak it-all" he muttered under his breath, glancing up from his desk slowly to get a better look at his attacker as the water mains began to break, filling the council.

Now angry at the water, at the robot, at the stupid condemnation and repeal, the man stood up and slammed his hands on his slightly-charred and now soaked desk. "SEEE!" he yelled, looking around the room at the other representatives as he pointed at the robot, "Attacks like these are COMMON in our region and other regions like mine. Look up other Nazi regions, look at how many were stolen by invaders! Good men have been MURDERED by the exact thinking that brought the condemnation, and more shall die if this condemnation isn't repealed. More shall come thinking they are being 'savors of the world or of the WA' while they execute our sons and rape our daughters."

"I, for one, am SICK of it..and I just ask that those of this council open their eyes beyond the words and the connotation that a UNREAL* place granted us. If you can't open your eyes to that, then AT LEAST open your eyes to this" he emphasized his point at the robot, motioning that the robot was the 'this, "as I would love one more council member to look at me straight in the face and say we're the violent ones here."

With that, Edward finally dropped his pointing hand to grab his wet peek cap and place it on his head. His glare was intense, full of rage, and was ignorantly ready to take on the world if he had to.

It never ceases to amaze me , how little people are willing to defend freedom of expression , speech etc- Simply because they disagree with it.

Obersturmbannführer Fwuffie-Wuffie narrowly escapes being roasted alive by the giant communist robot. His tail on fire, he runs screeching across the desk of the New Xanian delegation, leaping and bounding in an effort to escape the wrath of the killer robot.

Then the sprinklers come on...and the water mains burst...and the waters begin to rise in the Security Council chamber.

Obersturmbannführer Fwuffie-Wuffie hates water, like all decent cats. He briefly hides under the desk of the Glen-Rhodes delegation, but the rising waters quickly force him to seek higher ground.

From his perch atop one of the Jägerkin (which curses and swats in an effort to dislodge him), he spies a dashing man in a familiar uniform across the hall. "If only I could make it over to the good man in the black uniform, he would protect me" thinks Fwuffie-Wuffie.

Evaluating his predicament, he makes a snap decision and dives into the rising waters of the rapidly re-filling Lake Security Council. He swims with all his might until he finally reaches Lieutenant Colonel Edward Los Richenstein of the Scarsaw delegation and cowers behind him, hoping the gallant Aryan will protect him from the rising waters and the rampaging communist robot.

Yes, which is why the WA condemnation is perfectly acceptable. It is a statement being made by the general WA populace.

It's not like we're disbanding the region, are we? I mean, that's not what a public condemnation does, does it?

Maybe I misunderstand the ramifications of this ruling (yes, I'm sort of a noob).

If we fail to repeal this, will Nazi Europe still be allowed to exist as a region in this game?

The United Kingdom of Santos Rivera and San Guillermo APPROVES of this repeal. Like what the other ambassadors and representatives have said, purely condemning a region or nation over their beliefs opens the doors to dozens of useless condemnations of other beliefs, some which may be entirely made-up.

(OOC: Besides, we believe that most of the people agreed to the condemnation mainly because of their REAL LIFE hatred of the Nazis. While that is totally understandable, unless this group goes on a whirlwind inquisition and propaganda-filled invasion of other regions and push this belief down EVERYONE'S throats IN-GAME, then we have to, for the good of in-game playing, approve this repeal.)

Kuno sat on the fence, literally, the wood of the fence was giving him splinters through his khakis. He sat there outside of the Headquarters attempting to get a cellphone reception on the back nines of a golf course.

He had been interrupted mid-swing, in his golf game - the call was an emergency conversation with Eduard Heir. Eduard was the distant, and at times bizarre, official unibotian ambassador to the WA. Hiding away from the public at a anonymous psychiatric hospital, he was still recovering from injuries he has sustained as diplomat several months ago.

Heir was calling to give advice on the proposal at vote, which Kuno payed little attention too. As far as Kuno was concerned, Heir was a loony in a cuckoo's nest somewhere and hadn't even been seen in public for weeks, Kuno was the ambassador now.

Eduard's voice was scratchy, and quiet, almost unrecognizable. His creepy, quiet voice reminded Kuno of a serial killer that had been interviewed on the radio the other day.

"Hello? Mr. Krugner?... This is Eduard, Eduard Heir. I'm sorry I wasn't able to talk to you sooner about your predicament, having one's vocal cords burnt to bone apparently prevents someone from talking. But make no mistake, I was keeping my eye on you, and Cpt. Zhildigo. I am calling about the Repeal, for the Nazi Europe Condemnation. "

Kuno frowned, "Yeah, listen Eduard, I have no intention in voting to repeal a condemnation for a throng of nazis. I hope you understand..."

Eduard cut him off, "...I hope you understand. Mr. Krugner. You're a good kid, trying to do the right thing, but I have absolutely no problem having you ...er, taken care off, if you don't vote for this proposal".

Kuno smirked, "Well 'dirty eddy' is up to his old tricks, I guess you didn't read the Diplomat's Protection Act".

Eduard coughed, "You'd have to be an official diplomat for that protection to apply, you're officially a photocopy boy. So make no mistake, I might be in a asylum somewhere, but I'm still your worst nightmare. Just approve the proposal, Kuno."

The young photocopy boy shook his head, "Why? What do you have against the WA cleaning up nazism across the world!?"

Heir's last words before he hanged up were, "what do you have against nazism?"

I would have voted for, but this line is a clear lie:

Merely saying we disapprove of WHAT they say, does not limit their right to say it... at all... even a little bit... so...

And, since this type of resolution is now illegal, it can't set precedent, as anyone who ever attempts this will have their proposal deleted.
However, lieing to make a repeal easier CAN create a dangerous precedent, so, I voted against.
