This mandate does not prohibit law enforcement officers from giving a community notice of any circumstances or persons that pose a danger to the community under circumstances that are not provided for under this section.
After finding place of residence, all members of the neighborhood or any other homes occupied by other persons within a 2 mile radius must be informed that the said offender is presently living in the community
Offenders also cannot have contact with magazines, videos, telephone sites or anything else with pornographic content.
Offenders must allow their community corrections officers to inspect every part of their homes.
Offenders may not own, use or possess firearms or ammunition.
Offenders cannot patronize any establishment in the sex industry, including topless dancing clubs, sex toy outlets or houses of prostitution
Offenders cannot have any contact, even by mail or through third parties, with past victims or victims’ families.
Offenders may not work in any educational establishment, such as but not limited to:
1. Public Schools-Pre, Elementary, Middle or High
2. Extra-Curricular Programs sponsored by schools or intended for underage education purposes
3. Sports functions promoting the athletics of underage minors
Offenders may not adopt children, and are prohibited from any adoption agency the right to adopt a child under the age of 18.
