Relax Gun Laws

Description: Affirming That Citizens of WA nations have The right to:
1:Claim on any land that is not inhabited by others or a governing body and that if developed by a owner or body will be given rights to that land.
1.1: If obtained in a unlawful fashion, if a individual is unwittingly given land, or if Land is part of a criminal investigation then land may be revoked.
1.2: If the body of land is unsafe for public use (radiation, invasion, etc.) then a governing body may not allow for land claims in that area.
2: Land owned by a Legal Citizen can not be infringed on by other individuals or governing bodies without facing Punishment, Preferably as a fair trial in a court of law.
2.1: If necessary I governing body has the ability to take land in exchange for equal compensation and guaranteed housing for at least 2 weeks after.
2.2: A governing body may also seize land if it is permanently vacant with nobody to inherent the land for a minimum of 2 years after vacancy
2.3: Land can return to a neutral state after a claim has lasted 6 weeks after being claimed and no development of that land or 6 months after permanent vacancy.

Auto Industry Limitations

Description: Make note that the world benchmark for environmental cleanliness and beauty is fairly low. The world average is even lower,
Point 1:
Countries must be held to higher standards for their environments and the care of their environments.
Point 2:
As we know that the auto industry and carbon emissions have serious effect on both the ozone layer and the skies, we must make harsher global standards on Co2 Emmission laws. Co2E is a major culprit in global warming.
Point 3:
Co2E has been shown to cause various diseases and lung problems. This is not beneficial to the health of the world.
We should, by what we know, take care of our environment. The world is in the future's inheritance too, we should restrict the auto industry and increase global standards.

The World Assembly hereby
1. Defines for the purpose of this resolution
a."Public Execution" as a government sponsored event, in which an individual is killed, used to demonstrate its power or provide an example of what happens to dissenters,
b. "Mass Execution" as a public execution which features more than one individual executed,
c. "Execution session" as the time period in which one set of individuals is/are executed;
d. "accused" as an individual who went through fair trial (as described by WA Resolution 112) to be punished via execution
2. Prohibits the simultaneous execution of more than twenty (20) accused at one execution session,
3. Requires any state which wishes to carry out more than fourteen (14) execution sessions or two hundred eighty (280) accused in one week to notify the World Assembly,
4. Grants the World Assembly the ability to order a nation to cease public executions if their limit has exceeded fourteen (14) execution sessions or two hundred eighty (280) accused executions within seven (7) days,
5. Declares that this resolution may not be construed in such a way that it encourages public executions
