If you claim to be religious but don’t control your tongue, you are fooling yourself, and your religion is worthless. Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you. | Not everyone who calls out to me, ‘Lord! Lord!’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who actually do the will of my Father in heaven will enter. On judgment day many will say to me, ‘Lord! Lord! We prophesied in your name and cast out demons in your name and performed many miracles in your name.’ But I will reply, ‘I never knew you. Get away from me, you who break God’s laws.’James 1:26-27, Matthew 7:21-23

I like how it doesn't even allude to why it wants to ban puppets.

Trade Limitations
A resolution to reduce barriers to free trade and commerce.
Category: Free Trade
Strength: Mild
Proposed by: Purpleopolis Carnivores
Description: Many nations with the very large exports are becoming to strong to fast and this does not allow others to grow. Many are able to trade all they want while some are not able to get any needs witch is sending them into poverty.
This with put limitation on how much a nation can trade to another nation in a certain amount of time doing so can bring up the poor nations and making it so they can boost up there own trade.
If this does not go threw many weak countries with 1 large export could possibly get rid of the large export.
Also the slow down of the trade can bring down global warming and pollution in the air.
Many wealthy countries will not agree because of greed but this could also teach them to be more self sufitent and doing so could also help those poor countries become self sufficient. The countries being self sufficient will not get rid of all trade but will allow countries to grow and not fall.
The small limitation on the trade can make impacts in more then one.
Approvals: 3 (Cimmeria Puppet, Drakken, Vancouvia)
Status: Lacking Support (requires 92 more approvals)
Voting Ends: in 2 days 11 hours

It's too much of a blogposal, and where's the operative clause? I wouldn't count the " This with put limitation on how much..." line as one, myself, especially as it doesn't try to specify how much limitation would be intended...
... and then there's the spelling...

Not to mention that it's actually imposing a barrier to free trade which is pretty much the opposite of what the Free Trade category does.

Universal Health Regulations
A resolution to modify universal standards of healthcare.
Category: Health
Area of Effect: Bioethics
Proposed by: Neotic Iceland
Description: General Assembly,
Noting that health regulations are meant to protect the health of their citizens.
Citing that there are several incidences in which there have been conflicting health regulations.
Realizing that these conflicting regulations can result in trade issues as goods that normally would have been allowed in other countries/regions are now suddenly banned.
Recognizing that the scientific studies that spawn these conflicting regulations are occasionally of somewhat dubious quality and contain several bits of either misinformation or botched results.
Realizing that with a universal set of health regulations that all WA nations must abide, many of these issues may be resolved.
This General Assembly will enact the following clauses:
I. The General Assembly will enact, with current scientific info in mind, a comprehensive list of health regulations that must be followed.
II. The Universal Health Regulatory Committee (UHRC) will be established with the sole authority to investigate and persecute those who have not followed the regulations laid out by the General Assembly.
III. The General Assembly can, at any time, modify the contents of the health regulations, as long as strong and reliable evidence is provided.
IV. The Universal Health Regulatory Committee (UHRC) CANNOT refuse to acknowledge the health regulations laid out by the General Assembly, even if those regulations conflict with the members beliefs and/or opinions.
V. The WA nations and the UHRC do have the right to dispute the regulations laid out be the General Assembly, however they must still obey the regulations while the dispute is occurring.
V. Subsection I. If the dispute is successful, the General Assembly must update the regulations in light of the dispute.
V. Subsection II. If the dispute is unsuccessful, the regulations will remain the same as they would be.
V. Subsection III. The WA nations and the UHRC can counter-dispute if they believe that the dispute was handled incorrectly. If the counter-dispute is successful, then the regulations will be updated, if unsuccessful the regulations will remain the same.
V. Subsection IV. A dispute may be revisited if there is more solid evidence suggesting that the regulation being disputed must be modified and/or removed.

Marriage Equality
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights.
Category: Human Rights
Strength: Mild
Proposed by: Isla bonitas
Description: Acknowledging
That the world is such a diverse place, I see it fit that the World Assembly set in place laws that set an international law that requires the equal marriage rights of all people
Proposing
Nations must be required to allow people, regardless of sexual orientation, gender, or religion, be allowed to marry.
Realizing
This may raise ethical and moral concern in the religious community, It will be the sole responsibility of the government to marry people in cases that religious leaders deem unacceptable in their faith.
Reasoning
People are fighting for their right to marry the person that they love all throughout the world. It is our responsibility as international legislators to ensure that all people are free to live a happy life. These laws will not only ensure these rights to people, they will also protect people from persecution for their sexual orientation, gender, or marital status.
Proposes international marriage equality

True Civilization
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights.
Category: Human Rights
Strength: Significant
Proposed by: Marchtopia
Description: AS seen that a majority of WA-member states abuse the rights of humans through needless amounts of rules and regulations, abuse of power, and other notable inhumane brutalities that ruin the significance of human life, I propose the resolution to improve civil rights.
-We must help these people who are human by:
a.Helping them to have a proper life and helping them through government run facilities that will help those in need, Legalizing all inoffensive, safe, humane activities that are banned in countries for no known reason.
b. Banning all kinds of practices and rallies that offend the rights of the people; Religious and Political. For example, Violetism, an offensive cult that believes in the supernatural and supports human sacrifice. Another more political practices is Nazi sympathizing, which focuses on racism and mockery of Jews and Blacks. Political Freedom only leads to civil unrests and protests.
c. Banning all kinds of dystopian-like practices like convincing the youth to believe in ideas of the government through state propaganda and control of the education system, ignorance of a country's lack of social welfare, seizure of power by the government, and ignorance of own country's HDI.
SHOCKED by the appearance and restoration of slavery in many countries of evil and oppressive origins,
WEARY of the oppressive state of the international community due to the governments of each nation state,
EAGER to return power and welfare to the human population,
ANGERED by the ever increasing amount of refugees who are turned away and left to die by rich and cultured nations,
REVERED by the population but treated as slaves by the dictators, monarchs, and hypocritical world leaders,
I propose a resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights.
