Resolution: GA#221
Proposed by: Assleland
Description: WA General Assembly Resolution #221: On Multilateral Trade Talks (Category: Free Trade; Strength: Mild) shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

Is this trying to amend a resolution?
Universal Health Act
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights.
Category: Human Rights
Strength: Significant
Proposed by: Austiana
Description: Description: Universal Health Act is to be put into place in all WA Member Nations. All nations will have a compulsory, public health system.
Argument:
ACKNOWLEDGING that Private Health in many nations is expensive and corrupt.
RECOGNIZING that a government funded Public Health system will aid the poor, and put an end to deaths related to denied access to Private Health funding and service
ADOPT the following resolution:
Act 1 (Object)
(a) This resolution will make Universal, Public Health compulsory in ALL WA Member nations.
(b) The government will pay for all public health equipment, hospitals, operations and staff
(c) Public hospitals must have the ability to serve a minimum of 15% of the population, and abide by GENERAL ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION #29 "Patient's Rights Act" and GENERAL ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION #31 "World Health Authority".
Article 2 (Definitions)
(a) PUBLIC HEALTH is a free health system, supplied by the government, available to the public.
(b) PRIVATE HEALTH is a health system supplied by Private Corporations, that are only available to those that pay.
NOTING that nations that currently have a Public Health system (that has the ability to serve a minimum of 15% of the population), this Universal Health Act is irrelevant.
ALSO NOTING that a slight government taxation increase will cover the costs of a Universal Public Health System.
House of Cards.
