The region is the successor to Nazi Europa so hopefully this resolution explains itself. Just hope the governor doesn’t come back.

The Security Council,

Introducing [region=Lux Immortalem] (or simply Lux) as the successor to [region=Nazi Europa], a region previously liberated by this Council in SC #246 for its use of hateful imagery and blatant spread of toxic ideologies,

Recalling that upon the complete destruction of all Nazi regions less than three years ago, the nations of Nazi Europa fled to Lux,

Noting that, while some regions might use an opportunity such as this to move away from their hateful ways, Lux has continued the reprehensible behavior of its predecessor, including maintaining embassies with such prominent fascist regions as [region=Fifth Empire], [region=United Fascist Workers Association], and [region=The Greater Phoenix Alliance],

Excited by the fact that Lux now lays governorless and thus open for invasion by the international community should its password be struck down,

Believing there would be no punishment more fitting for the so-called ‘immortal light’ than its permanent end at the hands of the anti-fascist movement,

Hereby Liberates [region=Lux Immortalem].

Recalling that upon the unconditional destruction of all Nazist regions less than three years ago, the nations of Nazi Europa fled to Lux,

Nazi - is Nazist a word?

Noting that, while some regions might use an opportunity such as this to move away from their hateful ideologues, Lux has continued to embrace the fascist ways of its past, including maintaining embassies with such prominent fascist regions as [region=Fifth Empire], [region=United Fascist Workers Association], and [region=The Greater Phoenix Alliance],

Repetitive use of “ideologues”. Maybe “…embrace the evil ways…” as we already know they’re fascist.

Excited by the fact that Lux now lays governorless and thus open for invasion by the international community should its password be struck down,

While I don't imagine this is a big issue, I would be wary of "unconditional" implying that an action was taken by someone - which with some light inference might be an indirect reference to the role Site Staff played. Being a bit more vague might work a bit better? "Absolute/total/complete destruction/obliteration" maybe works :o

I think you jumped the gun on this. German Dragons (presumably the founder) hasn't been CTE for even a month. Given that some of the officers show some activity, I feel like this is going to end up with the founder reviving their nation and wasting a load of time on a dead region.

(This is also a really really minor concern but I seriously hate the shortening of target nations/regions into a nickname for any reason other than to fit the character count. I do not believe that anyone actually calls the region 'Lux' as a shorthand anyway. Kill this trend and refer to things by their full-ish names please.)

The founder's been CTE for a year and five months, and German Dragons seems to have a tendency to CTE based on the regional history page. Not only that but neither German Dragons nor the founder has made any RMB posts, so not only is it unlikely the founder will return, but even if they do, the resolution will become useful again in a month when they CTE
