Acting like somehow giving four more days is going to embolden fascism is inaccurate. Anti-fascism is not an excuse to throw any standards we have out the window. I’d argue in fact its even more important to get things right.

Because everyone in the SC atm is petty and dislike the way the proposal is written. The individual nations have voted more for than against, but plenty of influential delegates are voting against for dumb reasons

It's not really petty. The mods literally forumbanned the author because of all her spam. IIRC it was because she wasn't happy with people disagreeing with her, please correct me if I'm wrong. I've not paid that much attention to the SC recently. That being said, this is not about gatekeeping. I don't know where people got that from. It's about the author's behaviour.

That being said, this is not about gatekeeping. I don't know where people got that from. It's about the author's behaviour.

Or, in other words, petty dislike of the author sourced from, her very understandable, if rather unfortunate, reaction to wildly aggressive gatekeeping.
