Am I the only one thinking that the Rejected Realms needed a commendation ages before this proposal?
Because sometimes even national leaders just want to hang out

WORLD ASSEMBLY VOTING RECOMMENDATION
Security Council: Commend the Rejected Realms (region), by Westinor
Recommendation: FOR
Rationale: What about the Rejected Realms comes to mind first? Do you think of the ongoing espionage scandal involving Europeia's President? Do you dream about twenty years of heritage, defenderdom, barbequed nosh and unfettered internationalism? Or are you just aware that "Nations expelled from other regions gather here?" Westinor - who has the gift of loquaciousness but, like the rest of us, lacks prophetic foresight - goes for option two here.
The most obvious place to start is the beginning. TRR under Kandarin was domestically quiet for want of trying (ask Todd McCloud), but an avowedly global military leader. Its Army was never an arm of the government as it has been in so many other regions - yet it was still a bulwark of the Alliance Defence Network, the Founderless Regions Alliance and Libcord, the three great defender unions that our collective history recalls.
TRR under Naivetry would be a completely different, more developed proposition. Under their rule did we get the first inklings of the rule of law, democracy through challenges and strong institutions. The region has reinvented itself multiple times and agreed multiple landmark treaties, but the rule of law remains. Regular elections were introduced for officers in April 2017 and the delegate by June 2018, but the principle of the challenge remains. New, regular and diverse events - and structures - have been rolled out in recent years too, but the old institutions remain. The regional headquarters heaves with bookshelves for this very reason.
There is little that can be said about TRR that Westinor has not said here. On the balance, what has been left unsaid would be overwhelmingly positive, too. We can support and await this Commendation with great pride.

This resolution will be at vote between the minor updates of June 9th 2023 and June 13th 2023.
This recommendation was jointly issued between Sophia and Empire of Great Britain. This does not mean that the President's opinion of this resolution was influenced by what Empire of Great Britain believes. Under the Constitution, the President must always cast their vote in line with the interests of Sophia, not some other region; this recommendation reflects the sincere beliefs of all regions involved.

Out of curiosity, why is there a bias against game created regions? Do people not like them as much as other regions?
There isn't a bias against the regions per say, but there is one against C/C's for them because some people claim that they have an "inherent advantage" and that it "isn't fair". Will be interesting to see if the same will apply for frontier Commends a few years down the line.
