This is a process that cures and dries the fish while imparting a smoky flavour, without exposing it to heat. How can you not know this. Also quorum is spelt .....um, not ....om.

Wow this thread has been a mess for multiple pages. I guess I'll just address the proposal then and try to get us on an actual SC discussion. (Please help by not feeding the Leo. )

Most of this Commend is centered around a large amount of TWP-related culture and foreign affairs accomplishments. While TSR is clearly a nice 30-nation UCR, I don't know if it's really the kind of cosmo accomplishment that Bran's Commend needs to makes him more than another hyper-accomplished player with their main focus on a Pacific.

The thing is, I'm pretty sure I am operating on an outdated standard for Commendations, as between now and since I was last heavily involved in the SC, there have been Commends passed for players that are hyper-accomplished in one GCR like Bran is.

So it's probably time for me to get with the times. Support.

Every fourth nation has been commended! I am absolutely skeptical towards the notion that commending a player from the dark, just meritocratic, evil, grim, bully GCR's of TWP/Osiris will be the reason for badge hyperinflation.
