The Europeian Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends ABSTAINING

The penultimate sentence of that IFV asserts that "some may argue that the Prize ultimately takes time away from the WA Commission on Human Rights." This is laughable at best, given that the WACHR's only mandate is to work with member states to establish minimum standards "for all services listed in clause 3" of GA#194 "Treatment of Inmates." These standards have likely been established for most - if not almost all - member states by now.

This proposal has been approved by about 12.45% of delegates and will go to vote at the times I listed above.
