This proposal is on a pace to reach quorum, so I submitted it here.
APPRECIATING that the security council should always spend its time on important resolutions
BELIEVING that condemning quebecshire would be an important resolution
NOTING quebecshire is the evil founder of [region]the league of conservative nations[region]
HORRIFIED at quebecshire’s constant suppression of rights and speech both within their region and the defender faction
SHOCKED by how mean quebecshire was to Parxland
OFFENDED by quebecshire’s trickery as they are not in fact located in Quebec
DEEPLY OFFENDED by quebecshire’s further trickery in naming the region “the league of conservative nations” and not “the league of liberal nations” as it is full of liberals
AGHAST at quebecshire’s repeated and nightly infringements on regional sovereignty by moving puppet nations into sovereign regions in attempt to subvert these regions and elect foreign forces as delegate
HORRIFIED OH WAIT ALREADY USED THAT at the toxic culture quebecshire’s has fostered in this “league” of conservative nations
WONDERING WHY quebecshire has consistently attacked and antagonized innocent nations such as Varanius
HEREBY CONDEMNS QUEBECSHIRE

Considering that's the same puppet nation that Varanius used to write the Dilber condemnation, it's structured like a joke. Of course, that doesn't mean I would really support it.

I am writing to you to request that you approve my proposal,
Condemn Quebecshire. Quebecshire is a nation which has repeatedly deceived and tricked various nations and regions throughout the world, including his own region. Not only are they the acting founder of [region]the League of Conservative Nations[/regions] (a region they rule without a hint of democratic elections), but they also use this region to trick nations with a more conservative bent into joining the region, only to be dogpiled for their politics by the founder.
Quebecshire has also gone out of their way to attack many valued international figures for reasons they refuse to specify, exemplifying cruelty without reason. These acts should not go without punishment. This Condemnation would not only serve as a warning to those Quebecshire would normally be happy to trick and fool, but also serve as a warning of his general malevolence. Protecting the newer nations Quebecshire continues to take advantage of should be a priority of the World Assembly and is exactly why you should approve this proposal.

Let me add that four out of five Pacifican delegates (Beepee from TSP, Zukchiva from TEP, East Durthang from TP, and Dilber from TWP), two out of four sinker delegates (North East Somerset from Balder and Valerievna from Osiris), and numerous influential delegates have approved this proposal so far. They must have latched on to the fact that this proposal is a joke.

I say this as someone who considers himself a good acquaintance, or dare I say a friend, of both the author and the target: time to give up the joke.
This is the sort of thing that's funny for a little while when you're drafting it and gives you a good laugh from time to time when somebody brings it up in the TGW Discord, but actually taking this (very intentionally) poorly-written mess to the voting floor of the Security Council is about five bridges too far.
I have to admit, the prospect of condemning someone who very clearly deserves a commendation if anything is absolutely hilarious, and Quebecshire's reaction of "please do condemn me!" (paraphrasing) had me laughing so hard I was crying, but we have to respect WA decorum here. My vote against is a vote to respect the grand institution of the WA above all else.
