The Government of The United Federation of Changjo, and the Changjoan Department Of Justice fully support this short but important resolution, which supports the rehabilitation of youth who have fallen from the path of righteousness.

On behalf of the Cooperative-Federal Syndical Union of Terra Nostrum, the delegation of the Union Forum of Human Rights would like to voice their unequivocal support of this motion as imprisonment of the youth violates both international law and the CSFUT's Act of Human Rights, in accordance with Article 3 of the Charter Terra Nostrum.
