No, you can't edit after a submission. I believe you can request it is removed from the floor, even if it is at vote. If it's on the proposal board, you can simply delete it. But to answer your question, no you can't edit after submission.

I can't even begin to fathom the number of things wrong with this statement... or where to begin... even with my reputation, I wouldn't be proud of this. The exact opposite, actually. Regardless, no proposal is perfect. There is always something more that can be done. As for the content of the proposal itself, I find that you gave no factual evidence or proof to support your claim. You gave the stereotypical anti-communist speech, without giving any examples of these alleged wrongdoings. You claim that they "decrease civil liberties" and "trap citizens within their horrifying walls", and yet you give no proof to back up these accusations. There's a reason these types of proposals don't make it past the vote, and it's' because they're very, very hard to defend with IC examples, especially ones that attack a political viewpoint (with the exception of fascism). The WA makes a point to separate itself from the domestic affairs of its member nations when it comes to proposals, something that your proposal clearly disregards.

Note that this statement comes from a staunch centrist. And on top of that, you managed to get me, a person currently hospitalized for anemia caused by vitamin deficiency, to address this, from my hospital bed. That's saying something.

Basically one can ride on the bandwagon (like with this one by saying "communism bad") and get enough delegates to jump on that bandwagon to approve any resolution regardless of quality.

Seeing Kazakhstan 3's conduct on these forums, I'd strongly urge you to drop him from your writing team if you're serious about writing a condemnation of TCB. The name alone will cause people to be instantly put off by any proposal that he would write or be a part of.

I doubt I'd vote 'for' a condemnation of the TCB, however, if it were properly written I would at least treat it seriously.
