I believe the nominee is commendable, but I'm not really sure if this is ready for last call. Either way, though, here are my thoughts and feedback:

Noting Introducing that since Llorens' creation in May 2016, it as a nation that has immensely served The Leftist Assembly (TLA), as well as being an important participant and greatly participated in world journalism and international sports,

I'm not really a fan of how the nominee is introduced, "noting" sounds unremarkable for a nominee that is to be commended, and some words can also be cut so that we have an introduction that is concise but does its job well.

Recognizing Llorens' authorship of countless remarkable pieces of legislation in TLA, such as a new simplified Constitution and Code of Laws, the Judicial Separation Act (which established the Supreme Court of the region), and the Military Removal Act (which abolished the region's dormant and inactive military), among many others, (I don't think "among many others" is needed since you already state they have written countless pieces of legislation)

Praising Llorens for creating the first ever Culture competition of TLA, a biannual event to design and vote for new regional symbols, (which have since become a regional tradition), (unneeded parentheses, same with the hyphen in first ever, and more importantly I think you could put some more detail here)

Impressed by Llorens' hosting of the first ever quarterly TLA regional census to track the demographics of the region’s citizens, thereby assisting regional leaders in ensuring that the rules and policies were made fully clear and properly followed. and reducing domination by any single political tendency in the region,

This is incredibly listy and groups together several different topics that are only tied by their relation to TLA. I've proposed some changes that get rid of the list and separate it into different clauses, especially since some of them are already very long.

Acknowledging Llorens' Secretary service in The Leftist Assembly, serving for a regional record of four terms, a reign in which they empowered the region and made it one of the largest leftist communities in the multiverse,

How did Llorens empower the region and make it one of the largest communities? This isn't explained by the clause.

Understanding that Llorens served as Chief Executive Officer of NationStates Today (NST), (a widely circulated newsletter across NationStates), and has also served the writing community of NST by;

1. serving in various positions including but not limited to Chief Executive Officer (twice), Chief Content Officer, Chief Publishing officer, Editor, Governor and Chairperson,
2. having over authoring a record of over eighty authored articles in the NationStates Today Newsletter, and holds the record for most of articles written in NST,
3. wrote the Shift Series in Nationstates Today, a set of articles that analyses the World Assembly and its growth, helping nations to compare and helps others with comparing statistics regarding the growth of different regions in the World Assembly,

Some changes to help the flow of the clause, and to fix minor mistakes. Item (i.) is really lacking though, because it tells me nothing about what Llorens did in these positions. Either explain more about them or remove it altogether; perhaps you could replace it with another notable article that Llorens wrote besides the Shift Series.

Astonished by the fact that Llorens' major role as the Potato General of the N-Day⁵ Faction “An Alliance of Potatoes” which finished second contributed to the faction's second place finish in overall score after a historic comeback from negative score, and (its/their) subsequent awarding of the Green Heart Award by Spiritus for their service to the community and the faction,

I'm not a fan of mentioning awards since 1) commendations are already an award themselves, and 2) the reason for the award is already listed here. Besides that, I think this clause could also use some detail about what were Llorens' specific contributions that allowed for Potato's comeback.

Amazed by Llorens' hosting of The International Association of Football Federation World Cup (IAFF World Cup) as an invitational inter-regional soccer championship, thereby empowering various regions to take part in NationStates Sports by providing a different championship for regions to participate in,

Appreciating the various important roles Llorens has held in the NSLeft, such as being representative from The Leftist Assembly in the NSLeft, an organisation formed to increase coordination and give a stronger voice to left-wing nations of the world, such as being the representative from The Leftist Assembly, and spearheading the major 2019 reforms that improved efficiency and coordination in the organisation,

Concluding that Llorens has been an impressive contributor to The Leftist Assembly, NationStates Today, (<--comma) and the sporting community, and thus merits official recognition by this body,

Surprised to see this still in the works, but honoured as always! Just thought I'd pick up on some factual inaccuracies and general things I noticed:

1. My co-authorship of the Separate Cabinet legislative package (which separated the executive and legislative branches) was probably more significant than the Military Removal Act. Not wrong, just more a point of relevance.

2. It should be "first ever Culture Competitions of TLA..."

3. On the census - I ran or assisted in running the census more than a dozen times in total, in addition to coming up with the idea and running the first one. The "reducing domination by any one tendency" thing seems a bit out of place, its really just interesting data collection!

4. I set up the ambassador program but did not set up the Diplomacy Hub server, and relations with TWP were well past my time in office. My main foreign affairs contributions were very much in relation to NSLeft.

5. I set up the independent TLAwiki site (https://tl.awiki.org) after having run our pages on NSIndex and NSWiki at varying times over several years. I have no longer kept it updated (which I was basically doing singlehandedly) since I fully retired earlier this year, so apply that info as needed to the point on that.

6. I wasn't really the "representative" of TLA to the NSLeft - that's not really a role. I was just Secretary and Minister of Foreign Affairs (the de facto reps I guess) while we've been a member of the organisation at different times.

As it is, you have what I feel are the basics down in terms of what you're going to mostly include. But it still has a lot of work it needs. Now you need to concern yourself with ironing out said concepts so the reader clearly understands what you're trying to convey.

Also, I feel you could do a bit better in storytelling. For example, your first and last clauses are basic - maybe instead focus on how Llo seems to have built so much infrastructure for NST & TLA? Or focus on some other aspect of Llo that keeps your basic argument the rest of your proposal is attempting to justify, but is more moving than saying "yeah he worked here". By focus, I mean reword your first and last clauses to a very notable trait of Llo that the entire resolution tends to focus on.

I'd also play around with your clause structures - pretty much every clause is ".... ACTIONing Lorens did X or Y". Try to change up how some clauses are written to break that format - will make the draft be more interesting.

Unless you can elaborate further on how Llo made TLA "one of the largest leftist communities in the Multiverse", as you haven't stated that he ran or improved on any recruitment program in the prior clauses - and that's really the only way to make a region large. If you can elaborate on these supposed recruitment efforts, then keep the clause.

Just from my first impression on reading this clause, I feel like a bit more detail about what the census involved could make this clause a little clearer. Also did Llorens come up with the concept or did they simply host the census? If it's the first one, I think that could be made more obvious and would make this point more persuasive.

In the second bullet point here, I'm not completely sure but it might be worth just checking whether the term "roleplay" is a 4.a. violation? Also, you're missing a [ * ] marking before "wrote the Shift Series". In that same point it might be worth quoting the length of time over which Llo consistently authored these articles, because as well as the quality of the articles, a lot of their utility came from Llo's dedication to them and being able to look at trends over extended periods of time.

The last bullet point reads quite weirdly at the moment. Maybe something like "Maintaining impressive levels of activity in these positions, working to select and train[?] new authors in the organisation and entrenching a commitment to the standard and quality of the articles in NationStates Today"?

Maybe this is just personal taste, but to me it might make more sense in terms of thematic organisation of this proposal if this clause was put right after the TLA clauses.

Concluding that Llorens has been an impressive contributor to The Leftist Assembly, NationStates Today, and the sporting community, and thus merits official recognition by this body.

Thanks for those comments Maowi. I've made some rephrasing to those points you had pointed out and has also fixed the grammatical error. On those places where you had talked about details (Census, Diplomacy) i had it before in the drafts but had to remove due to fluff and various conflicts with the points. I'll be removing the roleplay mention from the draft as well as fixing the bullet point. On the IAFF, i wouldn't be able to write why it's different from the rest because it would definitely break the 4th wall since it would mention Discord and stuff.

If there's no more criticism and suggestions then i hope to submit this within two weeks.
