Plagiarism is against GA rules - have a look at the Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities (at least), check which bits in your resolution look like that, and completely reword them. I'll start you off by saying that Article 1a of your resolution bears suspicious similarities with Article 4b of the CRPD.

Unlike the other two quotes above, not a suggestion for rewording: all education systems must already comply with WA law (at least presumptively, LOL) and I have no idea how exactly you are supposed to "adjust" such a system "for future legislation" as you've currently written it, given that amendments are illegal.
Establish an adequate and well-integrated system of special education for those with visual or hearing impairments or those who have intellectual disabilities

As I understand though, 1a doesn't refer to previous WA resolutions but rather to previously existing legislation of member states that would contradict this resolution. Maybe make that more clear?

Amend or annul national laws, norms, and procedures, which permit the populace to empower discrimination on the grounds of disability;
EDIT: Also, 1.c. makes no sense grammatically.
ProvideEnsure, in law and in practice, that no qualified applicant for any job isto besubjected to different terms and conditions, privileges, incentives, or allowances in theiremploymentoccupation due totheir disability statusbeing disabled;

Amend or annul national laws, norms, and procedures, which permit the populace to empower discrimination on the grounds of disability;
2. Encourages member states to:
A. Promote universal social awareness and acceptance of people with disabilities across the population; and
B. Utilize and conduct research to allow products and facilities be used by anyone without the need for significant reworks and modifications;

Perhaps this could be better worded as
“Amend or annul National laws, and criminalizing norms, and procedures, which permit the populace to empower discrimination on the grounds of disability;”2. Encourages member states to:
A. Promote universal social awareness and acceptance of people with disabilities across the population; and
B. Utilize and conduct research to allow products and facilities be used by anyone without the need for significant reworks and modifications;
Maybe add another clause here
“Protect the honor and pride of the people with disabilities residing in that nation”
That’s all I can think of right now
Amend or annul national laws, and condemn or criminalize norms and procedures, which permit the populace to empower discrimination on the grounds of disability;
