If you had done the smallest amount of research you will note Tir-Na-Nog-Ta had a grand whole sum of 25 posts, most of which were in the original condemnation thread. So when are you going to admit that you weren't repealing this based upon the fact that it was poorly written, but were actually repealing it because of Vandy's so called Predator usage? More annoyed than mad Vandy, you know how much we don't like poaching. Also, my previous comments in this thread were actually posted in my official capacity as WA Delegate of 10000 Islands. Just like the last attempt, XKI stands wholly opposed to repealing Vandoosa's condemnation without an adequate replacement.

We have seen players recognized by the SC who have used predator since (Koth) and I hope we continue to not let this notion that using predator means they should not be recognized, but the reality is nearly all did so without malicious intent.

They actively worked with a known DoS. If a defender did that you'd whinge to the heavens and you know it.

Vandoosa knowingly worked with a DoS player and actively cheated. They don't deserve a repeal for being nice afterwards.

As far as I know, Vandy did not actively work with Halc once he was OOC. Chatting from time to time was a thing I believe, but any connection that Vandy had to predator and Halc was largely through Cora. I also think it is incorrect to say "actively cheated."

"actively cheated." <-- There was no active cheating as we thought it was legal at the time. Even Halcones himself at the time claimed he didn't know it broke the rules. He could have been lying though since I've heard rumors that some high ranking DEN officers supposedly knew if it was or not.

Halcones maintained predator after his DoS so we could use it and claimed it was legal. We believed him and turns out it was not legal.. then the hammer fell and we paid the price for our trust in a DoS player. (Considering Halcones was our friend it's surprisingly easy to do that)

I get this thrown in my face a lot even today. "cheater cheater pumpkin eater!" I've served my WA ban of 3 months and the loss of my main nation and old community collapsed. I've served my time in "NS prison". Now i'm lawful evil! Still evil yes but I follow the rules as best I can as I never intended to break the rules in the first place. Most of us involved in the Predator Scandal have worked hard since to make sure another scandal like Predator never happens again.
