These I feel are most valid:General Assembly Resolution #481 “Data Protection Accord”
Concerned about the broad definition of "organization" in Section 1, Clause A, which has too broad of a scope and may limit the ability of small organizations to properly run websites given their lack of resources
Aware of the fact that Section 2, Clause B, may limit the ability of websites to use advertisements to generate revenue for the operation of the website and organization,
They're relatively minor gripes, as I say, which is why my vote is to keep things as they are rather than hope that the corrective legislature both fixes the issues and doesn't introduce bigger ones.
(OOC: The first of the repeal’s mentioned concerns is dealt with by the nature of small business. Although I acknowledge that there are significant costs involved in modern website maintenance, these costs scale with the number of users. This means that a small business will have lower costs than a large one, which should be easily manageable.
The second clause I have no response to, because it is in the nature of the resolution. The point of the Data Protection Accord was to limit the actions that businesses can take, so a loss in revenue is to be expected.)
