You could write the telegram yourself, from one delegate to others. Then it couldn't be considered mass telegramming, or any form of spam.

Okay, could you list which delegates you've already TG'd so we don't get duplicates being sent out? I will write up my own.

To be honest, I'm not sure which ones, I kind of flew through the delegate list randomly. I don't think it should be much of an issue since they will be different telegrams. If they were the same, it would be annoying. But two different telegrams will probably just be some extra persuasion.
