I have a couple of small suggestions to the wording, not the content.

Affirming the nominee's years of service to Osiris in building stability to the region through:
Serving in multiple leadership positions including regional delegate on three separate occasions and vice-delegate twice
Authoring multiple constitutions and playing a vital role in the current governmental structure of the region
Stepping in to ensure that the region recovered after hostile foreign agents were found to be in the government including LizLemons, a candidate for delegate at the time, and Adytus, who proposed a constitution and attempted to stack the voting with other hostile parties,

Recognizing that after foreign agents attempted to manipulate the government of Lazarus in 2018, Cormactopia Prime stepped in to write the constitution for the region and minimize hostile influences,

Instead of using "stepping/stepped in" maybe replace one of the instances with "intervening" or "intervened".

Applauding the nominee’s efforts, across multiple nations, in authoring multiple resolutions and documents including:

Replace one of the "multiples" with "numerous"?

As I said very minor suggestions.

The clauses in the list should end with some form of punctuation I feel like, might I suggest a semi-colon?
Apparently simultaneously a Ravenclaw puppet, a NPO plant, and a Warden spy. I had no idea I was that good. Depending on who you ask, my aliases include Krulltopia.

It was a pleasure to read the final commendation proposal in the World Assembly, and Polis Diamonil is happy to support.

Hello guys.
Can you explain to me why so many WA members are against this commendation?

Please and thank you.

I am sure there are various reasons and I cannot speak for others, but usually when several delegates with large endorsement counts vote a certain way, other members follow suit. As to why those delegates are voting against, it could be that Cormac has always been quite the polarizing player with a rich history across many regions. That history, in my opinion, is worthy of a commendation and condemnation. I have a condemnation ready that would have gone alongside this proposal. That is not to say that I think the condemnable actions negate the commendable. For me, Cormac has done a lot of noteworthy accomplishments that warrants both. But at the end of the day, this is a political game similar to how Survivor works. So it would seem that polarizing past I mentioned overshadows the listed accomplishments in this proposal to various delegates.

The North Pacific Ministry of World Assembly has issued a recommendation Against the proposal. In accordance with the vote of WA nations on our offsite forums, the Delegate McMasterdonia has also voted against in-game.

Aren't some of those issues addressed in the paired condemnation that's supposed to go with this commendation, or am I mistaken on that?

Even so, it's good to at least acknowledge it here, isn't it? Plus, the biggest problem is not with that, but for the fact that with a character as colourful as Cormac, the commendation reads rather bland.

What would make the the commendation less bland? More flowery language? I've just never seen this criteria used before in a resolution vote, so more insight would be appreciated.

Jakker, you clearly should have spiced things up with a mariachi band and a raunchy fireworks display.

The proposal reads like a laundry list of achievements, rather than emphasising on the unique impact Cormac has had on the game.

Now that voting is over, I'd just like to thank everyone who voted for the proposal, particularly the South Pacific and Osiris, as well as Jakker for authoring it. While the proposal didn't pass, it really meant a lot to me to see the support it did receive, some of it unexpected. So thank you all very much.

I'd also like to thank The North Pacific from the very bottom of my heart for their deep concern with the quality of a commendation proposal for me. Here I thought, particularly based on the content of what few comments were even made in their voting thread, that it probably had quite a bit more to do with their petty dislike for me, based on their disapproval of my record of successful reform in Osiris and particularly my outspoken criticism of the way their administrative team has mishandled OOC allegations in the past. I'm really heartened to see it was actually just them looking out for me all along.

Cormac and those that have accomplished equal or less than he has are not worthy of commendation. Only those that have accomplished more than Cormac are worthy of recognition by the Security Council.
