The Security Council is about recognising the achievements of all players, and that includes RPers. This is a game, no fascist government in a game can affect real people. And regions committing "atrocities and abuse" are either
- Breaking the site rules
- Large raider orgs, already condemned
- Small raider orgs, not worthy of condemnation
