The not in contact part is relevant as it is suggested we were in any way directed. We've been in the region for well over 200 days, Nephmir has been away for three years and back for 5 days. Can you explain to me how I lied then? Lying in a resolution renders it illegal, which is done here, and makes this so.

No it doesn’t and no amount of whining will change that. You really should read the rules, but to make it easy for you the section about “factual inaccuracies” is best summarised by this quote from Retired Moderator (and SC expert) Crazy Girl.

As long as it follows the SC rules, basically...we don't give a damn. It's up to the delegates and voters to decide if the proposal is full of bs or not.
