The Security Council,

Recalling the fabled creation of Kyrusia: one deeply shrouded in mystery.

Reminiscing about how the Overgoat, who was soon to be the Overlord of Kyrusia, fell from the stars, landed on this world, and almost immediately after, founded the autocratic hellhole that is now known as Kyrusia.

Aware of how incredibly far from the Overgoat's caprine home planet he was, and the trials that he faced during the construction of Kyrusia, which in his mind would soon form a new world order while on this planet and eventually dominate the multiverse.

Disgusted that in a desperate attempt to further his own plots and establish Kyrusia as a world superpower, the Overgoat has expanded his sphere of influence across the world, specifically, to the Sinker region Osiris.

Shuddering at the numerous depravities the Overgoat has committed against Osiris and its inhabitants to accommodate his and the nation of Kyrusia's goals and ambitions, including, but not limited to:

Kyrusia's fervent attempts to brainwash and control Osiris in their former position of Sub-Vizier of Propaganda under three Pharaohs via carefully-constructed banners, badges, and posters to justify war crimes and other acts of aggression against non-Osirans,
Kyrusia's complete and utter disregard for justice as shown through their term as a Priest of Osiris, which they have used to exert their authority upon those even convicted of petty crimes by giving them unreasonably harsh sentences,

Unsettled at Kyrusia's national religion, the Cult of the Overgoat, which is nothing more than a state-mandated cult of personality manufactured by glittery zealots to extend the Overgoat's tyrannical reign,

Horrified that Kyrusia has exploited, spied on, and overthrown foreign nations in the name of the Cult of the Overgoat, using religious freedom as an excuse,

Dispirited that citizens of Kyrusia have been rendered mindless propaganda-pushing zombies by the Kyrusian media and the satellites listed below:

Renegade Radio, a rebel radio station that is intercepted daily by Kyrusian propagandists hoping to desensitize Kyrusians to the murders of the Overgoat's political opponents,
Yabber, a GalactiNet site that has fallen prey to thousands of Kyrusian bot accounts, created only to interfere in foreign elections,

Furious that a nation and its leader would resort to such treachery and impurity,

Hoping that one day a benevolent force may free Kyrusia from the Overgoat and his minions,

Hereby condemns Kyrusia.

So, I wanted to write a more light-hearted condemnation. Kyru seemed like a deserving and perfect person. And, just a note on the Osiris things before y'all get mad at me and scree about Kyru being a model citizen. (This is a roleplay condemnation, and Kyru thought it would be fine to include those parts.) Anyway, dig in. I want honest opinions. (Also, I'm aware there's going to be a few rude ones on how this condemnation was written by a socialite with only his friends in mind, blahblahblahblah.) Here you guys go.

EDIT: All he/him/his pronouns refer to the Overgoat, Kyrusia's leader, not the nation.

This. Kyrusia is one of National and International Roleplaying's best writers (has been since 2012). I can count on one hand how many National and International RP writers whose work I hold in high regard (i.e. for their writing skills), and Kyrusia is one of them.

(For the record, Manson is correct here; I did indicate against my nation-based roleplaying history generally being included in any condemn/commend being written, with focus instead upon my activities in the GP community, and the general persona I have crafted there, resulting in said light-hearted, albeit legitimately-intended draft. This is largely due to the simple fact that in the canons of my nation-based roleplaying, I do not acknowledge the World Assembly as extant; it would therefor be somewhat untoward of me to allow a condemnation/commendation to move forward using activities on those accounts as the basis. The exceptions are "¥abber," which was made on this account, and Renegade Radio, which is more of a tongue-in-cheek reference to an RP post I made on a puppet, albeit "fluffed-out" of that context in the phrasing of the draft, each of which seemed contextually safe from my aforementioned perspective, or sufficiently fluffed-out to be contextually appropriate to this account's activities.)

How would you respond to someone saying that this proposal lacks content and doesn't meet the bar for what a typical condemnation should require? To keep it 'lighthearted' and leave out information seems like a weird reason to understate certain items of a players career, especially if everyone would still vote to condemn based on the various things that were omitted.

I am just reading this proposal in full now. Currently, I'm not fully convinced that those pronouns should be used even in reference to the argument that it is leader of the nation. Your proposal discusses how the Overgoat created the nation and it just reads to much like the player behind the nation (even with the RP language). Again, that is just my perspective and Ransium has ruled it as legal, so it is still legal at this time since it's a tie. I am also open to changing my thoughts about that.
