1: This site isn't inhabited by a majority of adults, most users of this site are impressionable young teenagers.

2: You reside in Albion, an imperialistic raider region that invades founderless regions. Many people see raiding as a form of bullying, so you saying you don't want to associate with bullies is kinda contradictory to where you parked your nation. I'm not saying that all raiders are bullies, or bad people irl, some I know are actually really great people (Pepper and Rach and LD), but there are those out there that perceive raiding as an act of bullying. I'm a moralist defender, I see raiding as inherently wrong and that it should be wiped out.

And so are many adults. But you know. If you have enough cognitive ability to play a game like this and even make a conscious decision about what region you wanna play in, you likely already have enough cognitive ability to be entrusted with recognising who the ***holes are and not. Methinks.

I also happen to think that confronting dumb ideas is the only way of realising that they’re dumb.. and if what that takes to come to that conclusion is you believing in some of them for a while - that’s no biggie. That’s what being a teenager is all about. Making dumb decisions so you don’t do those later. Pseudo-religious snow about judging people by “values” they had as teenagers should legitimately result in the people doing so being ostracised from any "moderately grown up" discussion imho. All relatively normal/real people continuously develop and have conflicting “values” within themselves.

Anyway.. yeah - sounds like a dirty thing to do. But I’ll be moving away once I find an active fantasy region.. in any case. I’m not here for OOC bickering and I’m not the kind of person who feels a need to force my “values” or holier-than-thou moralism down other people’s throats. Actually I’m such a tolerant and peaceful person, I don’t even fully gasp the reason behind “raiding” another region (apart from being bored and having nothing better to do in say.. real life... )

I noticed you tested the CDS on our region.

The thing about fascists is that they are proud of their views and aren't scared to display them publicly. I don't know why my region is on that list, especially since The Reddington States and a few others are actively condemning members of Farkasfalka for denying the Holocaust. Being comedically edgy or offensive also doesn't qualify as fascist, but it seems that some far-leftists are weaponizing their jokes to keep us in CDS's list or Antifa's radar. Since the previous founder was deleted on sight, the number of controversies have spiraled downwards.

If Redlandia wasn't on this list I and a few others wouldn't be here speaking against the CDS. However, I wish you all realize that the only people I see protesting the CDS are non-fascists. Albeit it's a well-known fact that CCD has a very difficult time distancing itself from real fascists, CCD is run by a non-fascist user who roleplays fascism. This isn't us sympathizing with fascists, and it's a shame that some of you believe that. It's that the CDS has listed down non-fascist regions, and that needs to change as it's both ineffective and annoying. It reminds me of a bloody zit.

I touched up on this a bit earlier in other threads, but an issue with the likes of CCD is that despite their RP stance of fascism, their association with more serious fascists basically leaves the door open for the real ones to come in and try to recruit people for purposes beyond roleplay. Jocospor seems to disagree that taking a hard stand is necessary, but that leaves others distrusting of CCD's ability to not be a fascist breeding ground under the hood.

I remember reading about another region that was attempting to get off the list, but someone mentioned that despite removing fascism from their region publicly, it was still rampant in their Discord, which implied they were hiding their behavior rather than changing it.

I'm not as familiar with Redlandia's situation, but maybe someone from the other side of the fence could explain why its attempts to get removed have been rejected.

This has no chance of passing, due in part to the current political climate of the WA, and the reputation of your region. Even if individual nations' votes actually mattered, this would be defeated. You're also going to be fighting more than just the Pacifics.

If you have an issue with my region I suggest you create a separate thread about that.

I agree there is widespread corruption within the WA with a few members holding far too much power. But as I said I want to give democracy a chance.

I must agree with the other nations on this. If you had perhaps written this better and amassed more support maybe you would have had a chance. You had my support the whole way and that of the Confederation, don't let the others discourage you though.
