There is no free speech on Nationstates. Whatever Max says goes. Antifa has not stopped anybody from saying anything that anybody has been able to prove. They have, on occasion destroyed Fascist regions who are raiding or spreading hate propaganda, and this resolution has not confirmed any accusation to the contrary.

You're right. Instead of suppressing free speech, Antifa determines what actions of a region's community are warranting of a raid. Regardless of whether they're right or wrong, they will invade anyone region over allegations of fascism especially when that region is massive and/or influential.

Playing the judge, the jury, and the executioner and deluding yourself to be always correct is worthy of a condemnation.

Uhh, no, everybody knew that TCT wasn't a fascist, but nobody knew until a few weeks ago that the regions we had embassies in were truly fascist. Nobody thought that a region like Farkasfalka would have IRL fascists in them, and they didn't post any fascist opinions on our RMB, so nobody as a result did anything. However, when we closed down embassies with real fascists, TCT himself--off-site--gave the thumbs up and did not object to the Novum Vallis's proposal.

This seriously isn't fucking rocket science.

Though being new to this game I am aware of Antifa and their politics. I myself will condemn them, and if this is a vote then I vote yes condemn them.

Antifa gives Anarchists a bad name because Antifa does the one thing good Anarchists don't do, which is blindly listen to the media and government officials.
Antifa willingly does whatever the "DNC Pax-Authoritarian" (As I'll comically call them) party demands. If they say Orange Man Bad, they say Orange Man Bad.
And it's not just simply that, the worse matter is that Antifa deceives, divides, and assimilates smaller or similar organizations into joining it's collective.
Misinformation is the information of Antifa, which is why usually their arguments and talking points are black and white. You are either with Antifa, or you are A Fascist Buzz Word Person. The irony is that in nature is fascist, to simply be with or against even if the individual/collective/organization/ect has all the intent and desire to be neutral.
Oh and of course there is the Pure Anarchist Sect of Antifa that commits LOTS of Property Damage, Assault/Battery(Bodily harm of a persons varies depending on state), Arson, Brandishing and or Unlawful use of illegal weapons(Mostly knives, sometimes bats and makeshift weapons), I may go on if I get a good response.

But for now this is my reasoning and my vote.

I would have to say that your argument against General Durutti is invalid due to the fact that he was fighting in a civil war. War Crimes are completely different from Civilian Crimes. The other person you mention I know nothing of, but will apply this argument of potential invalidity to as well. Where as the CNT, FAI, UNT, AIT, and so on were in an actual civil war that occurred, Antifa is not. The United States Of America has not entered a second civil war, yes at times it may seem so but until it becomes official then it's not a civil war. No battle lines, no annexations, no articles for independence, so on and so forth, no actual civil war.

We could debate on that endlessly because I don't see them or their allies as resisting the government but instead acting on it's behalf.

My argument with that is a combination as this and my prior argument: I see the "Left" as dead. It has become what I would call Proto ING-SOC. Yes they see the current president and his cabinet as oppressors and certainly will fight endlessly against them. The problem is that they are fighting for one sect of Oppressors against another. I can elaborate on that, but that depends on how far down the rabbit hole you want to go.
