Listing the contributions of the nation Paffnia to the region of 10000 Islands as follows:

· An eight-month term elected as Senator for Lyonnesse East between November 2011 and July 2012, where Paffnia sat on the regional government the Council of 9 and was in charge of guiding the national royal families from each nation.

· A four-month term elected as Senator for New Republica South between May 2014 and September 2014, where Paffnia once again sat on the Council of 9 and was in charge of keeping the international political parties of the region on track and functioning.

· Two terms as Senior Senator between March 2012 to July 2013 and July 2014 to September 2014, where Paffnia was in charge of writing and publishing the Council Report to the community on discussions within the regional government and votes that took place.

· An eight-month term appointed as Minister of Labor between January 2015 and September 2015, a permanent seat upon the Council of 9, where Paffnia was in charge of hiring government officials and keeping various government ministries functioning by regularly posting governmental openings. Paffnia also currently occupies the same position since February 2017, where they have argued for government transparency and written a bill compromised upon by separate factions to make that transparency come to happen.

· A six-month term elected as World Assembly Delegate and head of Foreign Affairs for 10000 Islands between September 2015 and March 2016, where Paffnia started the trend of using region-wide dispatches to gain the opinion of World Assembly members which every delegate afterwards has followed.

· Holding the position of Registrar General from March 2018 to the present and possibly into the future, where they have nobly performed their duty to record and release the votes and laws passed by the Council of 9 within the regional Law Archives.

I fail to see how taking part in 11 refound operations, completing almost 350 defender missions, deploying to fight two feeder and sinker coups, and deploying to a newly founded sinker to make sure there was a fair process for the creation of a native government means he hasn't contributed to the international community.

Although TITO is the regional military of 10000 Islands, I would say that it in part is not related to 10ki because its a choice to be a member. Spending 7 years defending founderless regions across NS is a good thing and speaks well to the character of the target nation.

Anyone saying it's a problem that most of the content of this proposal is 10000 Islands or TITO related must have a really short memory. It's only been two weeks since the Security Council passed Commend Bachtendekuppen, despite everything in that commendation being related to The East Pacific.

Paffnia is very accomplished, and has contributed a great deal to 10000 Islands and the defense of vulnerable regions. I hope to see this proposal pass.

I see nothing wrong with voting on a commendation after repealing someone else's commendation. Especially when the nominee of this one hasn't done anything bad to not deserve it. Plus, there's currently another proposal about to reach queue and be voted upon before this one would which makes your argument void.
